She is survived by: her husband James O. Smith; her children, Bonnie Wellendorf (Ken) of Brookfield, James J. Smith (Wendy) of Champion and Kevin Smith (Kim Zerefos) of Champion; her siblings, Bertha Wagner of Newton Falls and Lee Bishop (Shirley) of Southington; and her grandchildren, Kenny, Kevin (Julie), Justin Wellendorf (Autumn), Sarah Aughenbaugh (Mike), Michael, Brandon, Jeffrey, Alyssa, Jenna, Mackenzie and Trenton Smith. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
