He is survived by: his mother Darlene C. Jones of Warren, Ohio; his children, Marcus Ewanish of Warren, Ohio and Maria Ewanish of Warren, Ohio; his nephew Dustin Spain of Columbus, Ohio; and his niece Heather Spain of Niles. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
