She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Evans and Cora Evans; her husband John Zackeroff; her daughter Diane Balut; and her siblings, Andrew, James, Helen, Agnes and Kay.
She is survived by: her son Michael Zackeroff (June) of Leavittsburg, OH; her grandchildren, Joshua Zackeroff and Jessica Simpson (Mickey); and her great grandchildren, Josie Zackeroff, Abby and Paige Simpson.
