We bid farewell to Mary Elaine Bournias (Warren, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 14, 2025 at the age of 68. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bournias and Katie Bournias; and her brother Stelios. She is survived by: her brother Alex (Karen); and her sister-in-law Barbara. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (429 High St NE, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Donations can be made to Project Sweet Peas – Greater Pittsburgh to assist families with premature babies or St. Demetrios Church.

When she had a party at her house in Cochranton, we all had a great time! When I would hear Mary's laugh, it made me smile because I knew she was smiling. I will never forget that laugh!!
