She is survived by: her son Mark Pernice (Helen) of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Pernice (Cynthia) and Kimberly Smith; and her great grandchildren, Tanner Smith (Jean), Mackenzie Smith and Colin Smith.
