Mary M. Shilakis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary M. Shilakis of Warren, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Schlueter and Magda Schlueter; her husband Dr. Robert Shilakis; and her brothers, Clemens Schlueter and Frederick Schlueter.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Ochtyun (Robert) of Warren, OH, Eric Shilakis (Diah) of Jakarta and Mary Alexander (David) of Centerville, OH.; her grandchildren, Chris Ochtyun, Katie (Joseph), Pavlich, Natalie Alexander, Zara Shilakis, Rayssa Anggraeni and Kareem Sjahrasjid; her great grandchildren, Asher and Gwennie Kate Pavlich; and her siblings, Gertrude Schlueter and Francis Schlueter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel (1884 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
