She was predeceased by: her parents, John Julius Kachenko and Anna Kachenko (Miller); her former husband Charles Fedash; her husband Ralph "Buzz" E. Jamison; her siblings, Robert, John Jr., Nicholas, William "Oscar" Kachenko, Pauline, Margaret Lunder, Betty Packman, Helen Galbincea and Irene McCready; and her stepson Ron Jamison.
She is survived by: her sisters, MaryAnn Gorby of Mecca, OH and Janice Loomis of Bradenton, FL.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and Maxine was a mother.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any material contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley, 979 Tibbetts Wick Rd., Girard, OH 44420, in her memory.
