She was predeceased by: her father Jacob M. Welch; and her brother Steven Welch. She is survived by: her mother Helene Welch (Teachout) of Austintown, OH; her husband Allen S. Lynch of Champion, OH; her daughter Julie A. Lynch of Warren, OH; and her siblings, James Welch (Linda) of Sarasota, FL, Peggy McGowan of Austintown, OH and Jackie Simmons of Ware, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
