Michelle leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Michelle’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Michelle will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Florence and Ray Bates, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Sprague (Bates) of Fort Wayne, IN; her daughter Bri Foertch; her father Norman Foertch, Jr. (Alicia Voors) of Convoy, OH; her grandparents, Norman Foertch, Sr. (Jennie) and Dorothy Davis; her sisters, Jaclyn Malfara and Kristen Spurgeon (Ryan); her aunts, Nancy Taylor (Larry) and Patti Mathew; and her uncle Chris Foertch (Bridget).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Southington United Methodist Church - Southington (4348 Smith Nelson Rd NE, Southington, OH 44470).
