She is survived by: her father Bishop Walter Junior Hale Sr.; her husband Ellwood O. Jones III; her children, Anthony Brandon Hale, Brianna Janae Jones and Ellwood "EJ" Jones IV (Kya); her siblings, Walter J. Hale II, LaTecia Ann Cummings and Valerie Burney (Pastor Guy); her granddaughter Layla Nyomi Jones; her father-in-law Deacon Ellwood O. Jones Jr.; her brother-in-law Terrence W. Jones (Chalanda); her goddaughter Brisha Merchant; her siblings, Marva Wilson, Marvina Reed, Michelle "Peaches" Hines, Anthony Mitchell and Ronald Hickman (Desiree); and her close friend Charise Crooms-Wright. She is also survived by three nieces, five nephews, one great-nephew; and a host of loving family members, church family, and friends.
