He is survived by: his wife Mary Riffle; his children, Daniel Zack of Southington, OH, Michael Zack (Ariana) of Girard, OH and Linda Ford (Chris) of Girard, OH; his siblings, Paul Zack (Sarah) of Niles, OH and Denise Tucker (Ron) of Warren, OH; his grandchildren, Jeannine Jones (Tom), Kellie Zack, Ashley Mauro (Richard), Audrina Zack, Brandon Ford and Braxton Zack; and his great grandchildren, Jillian and Zoey Jones.
