She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Thigpen and Betty Thigpen (Keeler); her brothers, Robin, Ray Lee, David, Mark and Anthony Thigpen (Tony); her nephews, Jason Thigpen and Mark Thigpen; and her niece Cathy Thigpen.
She is survived by: her daughter Casey Gore of Warren; her grandchildren, Layla Gore and Aaron Nuby of Warren; her siblings, Kathy Roe (Larry) and Ronnie Thigpen (Joyce); and her sisters-in-law, Emma, Karen, Erica and Jody Thigpen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
