She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Sankey and Gail Sankey (Ward); her grandmothers, Edith Sankey and Wanda Ward; and her mother-in-law Margaret "Kathy" Rese.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Rese of Howland Ohio; her sister Heather Sankey of Warren; her stepsiblings, Ted Behrens, Kerry Eller and Ashley Pruitt of St. Louis, MO; and her nieces, Kaitlyn Saluga and Emma Rese.
