She was predeceased by: her parents, Bunnah Hardway and Lela Rose Hardway; her siblings, Gordon Hardway, Janet Dorsey and Nancy Packard; and her brother-in-law William Dorsey.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Patchin Jr. (Sally) of Bristol, TN, Terri Mills (William) of Spartanburg, SC and Patricia Scott of Warren; her grandchildren, Jon Luster (Autumn) of Niles and Caitlin Ady (Mark) of Austintown; her sisters, Fran Rafaiani (Larry) of Cortland and Phyllis Santinoceto (Joe) of West Virginia; and her son-in-law Timothy Scott of Leavittsburg. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to Ohio Living Hospice in her honor.
