She is survived by: her daughter Lee Ann Ford (David) of Warren; her grandsons, Stephen (Stephanie Krenciprock), Daniel Helmheckel, Brandon (Marilyn Helmheckel), Mathew (Katie Ford) and Timothy (Jessica Ford); her great grandchildren, Shaylynn, John, Keri, Mia, Kandice, Summer and Destiny; and her daughters, Colleen and Paula.
