We are sad to announce that, on December 23, 2022, at the age of 84, Norma Jeanne Mrus-Rappach (Warren, Ohio), born in Hastings, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene and Kathryn Luelle Lear Fairbanks; her daughter Susan "Susie" Mrus Dolgae; her stepdaughter Kelly Bright; and her siblings, Mary Fairbanks, Mary Kay Schaffer, Atty Edward Fairbanks of Robert Fairbanks, DDS, Charles Fairbanks and Richard Glen Fairbanks.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald M. Rappach; her mother-in-law Ruth Graves of Champion; her sons, Timothy J. Mrus (Peggy) of Mayo, FL and Joseph M. Mrus, MD (Kecia) of Cary, NC; her stepchild Lynn Rappach Paris (Joseph) of Toney; her grandchildren, Joseph, Lindsey, Kaitlyn, Megan, Brittany, Kristin, Mitchell (Delaine), Maxwell and Maya; and her siblings, Eleanor Fairbanks of Howland and David Fairbanks (Jolene) of Liberty. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Norma's name to Hope Cancer Center, Howland Fire Department or First Light Home Care.
