It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia J. Lewis of Warren, Ohio, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob"; and her parents, Gaspard Cuccillato and Monique Cuccillato. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Ottaway (Matt) and Tristan Lewis (Caroline); her grandchildren, Liam, Charlotte Ottaway, Emma, Clint and Flynn Lewis; and her siblings, Anne Marie, Marguerite, Emmanuel and Catherine Cuccillato.
