Patricia Patchen Miller Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Patchen Miller of Warren, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Patchen and Margaret Patchen; her husband Fred Miller; and her brother Robert Patchen. She is survived by: her children, Lorrie Johnson (Pete), Luann Simun (Steve), Lynn Grubb (Tim) and Fred Miller (Kim); and her grandchildren, Heather Johnson Smith (Cameron), Alex, Amber Simun, Tyler, Connor Grubb, Kaylee and Jordan Miller. She is also survived by niece and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Pat's memory.
