She is survived by: her children, Maribeth Zylka, Greg Zylka (Helen), David Zylka and Natalie Zylka; her grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua (Tracie), Zoe, Thomas, Jacob, Nicole, Noah and Isabella; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Lily, Ava Kay and Jack.
