Paula Armstrong Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 30, 2022, at the age of 79, Paula Armstrong of Warren, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Perry and Mary Perry (Salatino); her sister Julie Olman; and her close friend Fred Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Duane Armstrong; her daughter Mary Louk (Terry); her granddaughter Kari Armstrong; her great grandchild Kaleb Shafer; her sister Mary Alice Kitchen; her pet Oliver; and her close friend Barbara Palmer.
Until Covid she had never missed a year since the festival began.
