She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercole Rotellini and Josephine Rotellini (Funaro); her husband Raymond Lachowski, Sr.; her daughter Carol Anne Culp; and her grandson Marlon Hugley.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Lachowski, Jr. (Ann) of Champion and Phyllis Hugley of Pinellas Park, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Breanna Johnson, Martice Hugley and Monique Hugley.
