She was predeceased by: her parents, Naylor F. Glotfelty and Blanche M. Glotfelty (Brenneman); her husband Donald D. Knox; and her siblings, Kathy Erickson and Ed Glotfelty.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lansdowne (John) of East Palestine and Keith Knox (Michelle) of Lordstown; and her brother David Glotfelty (Jerry) of Addison, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The family requests that material contributions be made in Phyllis's name to the Lordstown Lutheran Church.
