He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Higgins and Cecil Higgins. He is survived by: his daughter Abbagail Higgins; his son-in-law Alex Clark; his granddaughters, Ella and Ava; and his sisters, Liz West, Louise Gibbs (Milo) and Rosemary Rice (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
