He is survived by: his mother Marguerite Paskel Nolen of Mineral Ridge; his wife Bethann Francis Nolen; his children, Savannah Scharfenberg of Niles, Krystal Sunberg (Trent) of Niles, Steve Scharfenberg (Kori) of Niles, Jonathan Francis (Claire) of Mineral Ridge and Matt Francis (Heather) of Warren; his siblings, Maryann Montgomery of Mineral Ridge and Jimmy Nolen of Niles; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Danielle, Kiyah of Liam, QT, Brayden, Luxauna, Aria, Denver, Mati and Piper; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by His wife, family, and friends.
