He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Lachowski and Anna Lachowski (Zapor); his daughter Carol Anne Culp; and his grandson Marlon Hugley. He is survived by: his wife Philomena Lachowski (Rotellini); his children, Raymond Lachowski, Jr. (Ann) of Champion and Phyllis Hugley of Pinellas Park, Fla.; and his grandchildren, Breanna Johnson, Martice Hugley and Monique Hugley.
