McMinn (Warren, Ohio), born in Riddlesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth McMinn (Foor). He is survived by: his children, Allan McMinn of Niles, Karen Halliday of Youngstown, Brenda McMinn of Youngstown, Dale McMinn (Donna) of Farmdale, Cindy McMinn (Obadiah) of Girard, Cathy Kennedy of Dublin and Lisa McMinn (Miguel) of Girard; and his close friend Ethel Flower. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
