He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Miskell and Ruth Miskell (Megown); and his wife Cheryl J. Kastner. He is survived by: his nieces, Jessica Ruess of New Middletown, OH, Megan Ruess of Jasper, IN, Amy Barley of Gibsonia, PA and Nadine Davis of Aurora, OH; and his cousin Donald Ebersbacher of Chesterland, OH. He is also survived by two great-nieces and seven great-nephews.
