He is survived by: his parents, Raynard Parrack Sr. of Huntsville, WV and Delores "Dee" Ware; his siblings, George Slusher Jr. of Warren and Laura Hernandez of Fayetteville, AR; and his aunt Brenda Ware of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
