He is survived by: his wife Cindy Putnam; his children, Rex Putnam II of Warren, Roxann Putnam of Warren, Rachel (Lucas Burdick) of Hubert, NC, Jessica (Kenneth "Boomer") of Mineral Ridge and Tracina Putnam of Warren; his siblings, Bonnie Edwards (Randy) of Warren, Loretta Banks Dixon of Boardman, Herbert and Bobby Putnam of Niles; and his grandchildren, Mathew Allen Bell, Gabriel Wright, Penny Bacher, Olivia Bacher, Kayleigh Lynn Bryan and Kennedy Raine Putnam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
