He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ralph" Arbogast and Anna Mae Arbogast (Pritner); and his stepchildren, Richard Slovinsky and Nicole Slovinsky-Smith. He is survived by: his wife Karen I. Arbogast; his children, William Richard Arbogast of Warren, OH, Wendy DeAngelis (Michael) of Warren, OH, Cynthia Hancharik of Warren, OH and Robyn Arbogast of Cleveland, OH; and his siblings, Suzanne Riffle (Robert) of Holly Hill, FL and Thomas L. Arbogast (Karen) of Tucson, AZ.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
