He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Blair and Val Jean Blair (Novelli); and his stepfather Jack Marmion. He is survived by: his sister Valarie Rizzo (Arthur) of Warren; and his nephews, Brian Rizzo of Warren and Daniel Rizzo (Janette) of Tampa, Fla.. He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews; and cousins and other extended family.
