He is survived by: his son Kenneth C. Hitzler (Carolyn) of Petersburg; his daughter-in-law Deborah A. Hitzler of Shade Gap; his grandchildren, Richard F. Hitzler (Johna), Jennifer Wanner (Rick), Heather Hitzler (Joe) and Miranda Hitzler (Sa' Taunt); his great grandchildren, Richard F. Hitzler Jr., Tiffany Hitzler, McKenzie Root, Judah Wanner, Augustus Reardon and Benedict Reardon; his great great grandchildren, Richard F. Hitzler III, Leia Rey Hitzler and Jaxson Root; his nieces, Lois Hodne and Betty Hitzler; his caregiver Michelle Aliesch; and also Donna Shaw.
