He is survived by: his mother Joan Thomas (Gannett); his girlfriend Catherine Bergman of Warren, OH; his daughters, Jessica Lynn Thomas, Kari Bergman and Brittany Bergman of Warren, OH; his siblings, Vicky Lynn Whitt (Butch), Lisa Lynn (Terry) and Donald Thomas, Jr. (Barb); and his granddaughter Emily Hahn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
