He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Orr and Ruby Orr (Peterman); and his granddaughter Savannah Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joanne C. Orr; his children, Jeffrey Orr (Nancy), Kimberly Orr and Christine Orr (Sean); his grandchildren, Dustin, Conner Orr (Rebekah), Noah, Brendan Monahan, Isabella Weber and Sydney Smith; his sister Marilyn Caples (Craig); and his sister-in-law Georgia Wilthew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
