He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Powell and Thelma Powell; and his sister Roberta Powell (Bobbi Jo). He is survived by: his close friend Lorri Shaulis; his daughter Amanda Herbert; his siblings, Edward Powell (Autumn) and Laura Custodio (Joseph); his sister-in-law Debora Flora (Mark); Kayla Powell and Matthew Powell. He is also survived by one niece; and three nephews.
