He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Williams and Elaine Funkhouser; and his brother Tommy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janet Williams; and his daughters, Diane Gaston (John) of Champion, OH, Karen Williams of Charlotte, NC, Linda Slusher of Niles, OH and Shealeigh Lipscomb of Champion, OH. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
