He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bentfeld; his children, Courtney Hatt and Phillip Bentfeld (Ashley); his stepchildren, Keith Koon (Tammy), Craig Koon (Reena), Stacie Evans (Corey) and Jessica Brake (Matt); his siblings, Tom Bentfeld (Johnnie), Deborah Smith and Connie Hayes-Tubbs; and his sister-in-law Earlyn Bentfeld. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, five grandchildren-in-law, five great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Warren First Assembly of God Church (2640 Parkman Rd NW, Warren, OH 44485). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
