He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Burson and Gertrude McGee Burson; his sister Jacqueline Wells; and his daughter-in-law Denise Burson. He is survived by: his son Robert of Warren; his wife Mary Burson of Warren; and his sons, Ronald Burson (Diane) of New Hampshire and Scott Burson (Pam) of Virginia. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
