He was predeceased by: his parents, John Heinsohn and Marion Heinsohn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Santfant (Kompas); his stepdaughter Tiffany Mann; his grandsons, Nicholas, Christopher and Matthew Mann; his brothers, Steve Heinsohn "Pat" Heinsohn and Gene Heinsohn "Kathy" of Dekalb, IL.; and his nephews, Jeffrey, Gilman, Johnathan, Ben, Scott and Jessie.
