He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cook; his daughter Rebecca Blair (Michael); his stepsons, Michael and James Edwards; his grandchildren, Kyle Connelly, Cody Blair, Marissa, Devin, Ava, Izaya and Izacc Edwards; his sister Laurie Karaiewicz-Fuzo (John); his nephews, Shawn Neilen and Donovan Fuzo; and his niece Rachel Karaiewicz Camponie.
