He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Clyde Blake and Rosella Juanita South Blake; his daughter Katherine Elizabeth; his brother James (Eileen Work); his parents-in-law, Floyd and Lillian Marion; and his sisters-in-law, Lou Moran (Frank), Norma Calvin (Dick) and Joan Griffith (Al).
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Doris Marion; his children, Michael Blake (Andre Person), Tami DiAntonio (Rich McMurray), Suzette Lucente (Chris) and Heather Blake Bucy; his grandchildren, Dominic DiAntonio (Jennifer Ridgeway), Angela Sudol (Mark), Dante, Vincent, Sophia, Gianna and Gabrielle Lucente; and his great grandchildren, Dylan (Angela) and Mia DiAntonio (Dominic). He is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
