He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Scarnati and Margaret Cline; his sister Renee Datchuk; and his sibling's children, Zachary and Paige.
He is survived by: his sister Lori Karnes of Niles; and his close friend Tammy Rhine. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
