He is survived by: his children, Melody Noel of Niles, OH, Debbie Lynn Noel of Bazetta, OH, William Noel (Rita) of Struthers, OH, Susan Easterday (Jeff) of Bazetta, OH and Ronald A. Noel (Jody) of Hubbard, OH; and his siblings, Richard Noel (Jeannie) of Vienna, OH, William Noel (Elaine) of North Jackson, OH, Judy Miller (Roy) of Brookfield, OH and Rosemary Morell of Poland, OH. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
