She is survived by: her husband Robert Burk Sr.; her children, Lori Ciavarella (Larry) of Mineral Ridge, Susan Ciavarella (Shawn Smith) of Youngstown and Robert Burk Jr. (Robbin) of Warren; and her grandchildren, Joey, Terri, Nick, Phil and John. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
