She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Kinnison and Irene Kinnison (Morgan); her husband James Ramsey; her son Thomas; and her brother Dale Kinnison.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Ramsey (Karen) of Troy, IL, Dan Ramsey of Colorado Springs, CO, John Ramsey (Rhonda) of Kansas City, MO and Ed Ramsey (Christina) of Petersburg, TX; her siblings, Kay Aston of Champion, OH and Ray (Judy) of Tucson, AZ; her siblings-in-law, Leonard, Raymond of Westerville, OH and Carolyn Jones of Coshocton, OH.; her niece Cheri Woak (Fred) of Niles; and her caregivers, Gina, Lena, Rae, Jamie and Mary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, material contributions can be made to the Parkman Road Church of Christ, in Ruby's memory.
