She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus H. Johnson and Edith Johnson (Carlson); and her siblings, Grace Penn, Ruth Parker, Frank, George and Ralph Johnson.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry L. Hawkins; and her sisters, Mary Jo Bofenkamp of Niles, Elsie Johnson Whetzel Fowler (Richard) of Newton Falls and Anna (Frank Hirschinger) of Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
