He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Scott and Josie Lee Scott (Walker); and his siblings, Louise Pollard, Lillian Shavers, Clyde W.'Jed'Scott and John'Suga Boy'Scott.
He is survived by: his daughter Saudia Mills; his grandson Josiah Lee of Youngstown; his siblings, Obelia Moore, Arlene Bills, Darlene Ervin, Alan Scott of Warren and Jerald Jackson (Dionne) of Howland; and his close friend Francesca Reid of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
