He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Weeks and Teresa Weeks; his sisters, Laura Matuszewski (Matthew) and Amy Mackiewicz (Eddie); his nieces, Mia and Marley; and his nephew Mason. He is also survived by his family, friends.
