He is survived by: his son Jason Wilson; his grandchildren, Joshua, Trenton and Isabella Wilson; and his siblings, Byron Wilson Sr. (Lynette), I. Z. Wilson, Julia Wilson, Cheary Wilson McElroy and Dale Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
