Sandra Swann Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Brown and Anna Lee Brown (Howell); and her father-in-law Earl (Leota Swann). She is survived by: her husband Norm Swann; her son Andrew Swan (Jennifer); her granddaughter Zoe Swann; her sisters, Mary Kay Watson (Dennis), Beckie Tamasco (Tom) and Sue Ellen Mergle (Rick); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Ruiter (Butch) and Carolyn Swain (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In 2024, she retired as the Director of Nursing at the Trumbull County Combined Health District and was instrumental in immunizing Trumbull County, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
